Who we are
This site is operated by MANSORY by NG in Florida. For privacy matters, contact us through the enquiry form.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the enquiry form — name, email, telephone if provided, preferred timing, message, and whether you requested the Investment Memorandum. No advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. We measure site usage with our own first-party, cookie-less analytics, recording only the page, an anonymous event name such as a masterplan selection or an enquiry submission, and a coarse timestamp — never an identifier that can be linked back to you, and never shared with a third party. Server request logs including IP address are kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a viewing; to send the Investment Memorandum if requested and you qualify; and to keep a record of enquiries. We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. It is shared with our professional advisers, title company or escrow agent only where necessary to progress a transaction you have initiated.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept no longer than necessary to respond to your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations, then deleted. Transaction records are kept as required by Florida real estate and tax law.
Your rights
You may confirm, correct, delete, or stop contact at any time — contact us through the enquiry form; we respond within 30 days. Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights; EEA and UK residents under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
TLS in transit, access-controlled storage. We will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
